  <description>today I ate:&lt;br /&gt;1 light strawberry yogurt&lt;br /&gt;1 cookie&lt;br /&gt;1 granola bar&lt;br /&gt;1 apple&lt;br /&gt;green grapes&lt;br /&gt;4 spinach and artichoke bites&lt;br /&gt;1 cheese stick&lt;br /&gt;tomato slices with basaltic  vinegar&lt;br /&gt;slices of fresh mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and i am done for the day. Most things are pretty healthy. I definitely could have done without the cookie, but everything else is pretty healthy. Plus I limited the bread, which I think is my biggest downfall. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went on the scale today for the first time in many many months. 152.6. It&apos;s not good, that&apos;s for sure, but it&apos;s not the highest I&apos;ve ever been, I&apos;ve seen that number before, and I am confident I can lower it this summer. I think I must have lost weight since I&apos;ve been home from school because I was expecting a number in the 160s, so I was surprised to see the low 150s, 10 lbs less than I had thought.&lt;br /&gt;I want to be in the 130a by September and do not see that as an unreasonable goal. It&apos;s something I&apos;ve done before. That&apos;ll put me in okay condition to travel in October and not be embarrassed with myself completely. Plus I expect to lose much more when I travel, which is what usually happens anyway.</description>
